Attack Heptrs IAF's Domain, Though Under Army's Control : New Air Chief Cites Document JAAI 86, At Maiden Presser!

While Def Min tried reconciling Indian Army and the IAF over control of aviation assets, last month, by saying there was a "difference of perception" between the Army and the Indian Air Force and the two services must reconcile on the issue, today's maiden presser of the new IAF Chief, NAK Browne, was a clincher, when he demarcated clearly the separate roles of both services.

Citing .a document called JAAI 86 which was a 1986 agreement between army and airforce on the use of air assets, he said attack helicopters were IAF's domain as per rule, and they are only flown and maintained by IAF, but they would be under army's command. New attack choppers would also be under the army's control and command.

FGFA : Negotiations on design will be completed only by 2012 which was the most critical aspect, as it is the "core of the programme" he said, and if everything goes well first aircraft by 2017. Out of the lot, 166 FGFA to be single seat and the remaining 48 will be twin seat.

LCA : Final Operational Clearance of LCA delayed by one year, which means 2013.

C-130Js : Additional six new C-130J Super Hercules to be ordered after the first order. C-130s to be based in Chabatia Assam.

Kargil airstrip being revived

Fighters were always operational in Hindon.

Mirage 2000 : MICA missile negotiations on, to be finalised soon.

MMRCA : After 7th Oct DAC meet, most probably mid-Oct.

A JUNIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL WHO HAD SEX WITH AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENT!!! He needs to be on a sexual preditor list.
And how long did he masterbate and think about having sex with boys? In boot camp? Into his flight training?
In addition, he is aroused by she-males.

On ground level one must see how things are done, Expansion of IA aviation is good for the Army and troops, IAF is and will be always for troops..
