So this is another scam in which helicopters which cannot perform are allowed.

So this is another scam in which helicopters which cannot perform are allowed. How sad is the situation, when Dhruv can perform all these with perfection, it's not mass produced. While they are providing more money to foreign suppliers of arms. Scam in the MOD. Another aspect is that the India's own LOH will be flying by next year. So the hurry.

I guess we need to ramp up the production of Dhruv & similarly develop LOH as soon as possible.

What a sad situation.
Dhruv was not being accepted by the people till it proved that it can carry not only the required load but much more.It was commented that the Dhruv can be thrown in Bay of Bengal if it does not meet that"ONE"specific requirement!!
Cheetal was designed to fill the gap.It more than meets the high altitude requirement.
Why not encourage our own products and produce them in large numbers?why promote a foreign company?
Dhruv is the best high altitude performer. And was designed primarily to replace Chetak/Cheetas!!It is a 'cash cow' for our country ,if encouraged.
