Graduation Ceremony Of Air Warriors

PASSING OUT FUNCTION OF AIR WARRIORS AT AIR FORCE POLICE &  SECURITY TRAINING INSTITUTE AVADI, CHENNAI


An impressive Passing out Function was held at Air Force Police & Security Training Institute, Air Force Station Avadi today. The first batch of integrated Pattern of Training comprised of seventeen Trainees of Indian Air Force Police of Intake 01/2014 and five foreign trainees from Afghanistan Air Force, passed out on successful completion of strict Professional and Military Training spanning over 48 weeks.  The function was reviewed by the Chief Guest Air Commodore SJ Mathew Command Technical Training Officer, Headquarter Training Command, Indian Air Force.  He was received by Group Captain PV Pawar, Commanding Officer Mechanical Transport Training Institute, Air Force.

The trainees of the institute performed a Synchronous Blind fold Stripping and assembling of weapons.  This was followed by an accurate, awesome & Impressive Pistol and INSAS rifle firing display “ONE SHOT ONE KILL” which allured a large gathering of spectators on the occasion.

Wing Commander AM Venkat, Commanding Officer Air Force Police & Security Training Institute Avadi welcomed the Chief Guest and presented the Course Report.

The Chief Guest conferred the coveted trophies to the meritorious trainees and presented Certificate & Memento to the foreign trainees.  In his address, he congratulated the passing out air warriors and training staff for their hard work and exhorted them to keep the pennant flying high.

PASSING OUT PARADE OF AIR WARRIORS AT MECHANICAL TRANSPORT TRAINING INSTITUTE, AIR FORCE (MTTI, AF) AVADI

After undergoing rigorous professional and military training, trainees of Automobile Technician Course No. 32 passed out of Mechanical Transport Training Institute Air Force, Avadi today. Air Commodore SJ Mathew Command Technicial Training Officer, Headquarter Training Command, Indian Air Force was the Reviewing Officer for the parade. He was received by Group Captain PV Pawar, Commanding Officer Mechanical Transport Training Institute, Air Force.

The Reviewing Officer was presented arms, after which he reviewed the exemplary parade presented by immaculately turned out Trainees. After the review, he conferred the coveted trophies to the meritorious Trainees.  The audience were also dazzled by a display of precision dismantling and assembly of a fully serviceable automobile by the Automobile Fitter Trainees.

In his convocational address, the Reviewing Officer congratulated the passing out Air Warriors and emphasized upon developing the best professional acumen.
