First Official Flight Of LUH, Chopper Has Design Issues

First official flight of Light Utility Helicopter (LUH) took place on October 28th. Indian Army pilots are in Bangalore to take over the Cheetals.

LUH's maiden flight was 30 minutes long, just 10 meters away, the chopper just hovered, taxied, sideways, no flight in mid-air.

Ex-IAF HAL test pilots who carried this out were Air Commodore Kunte and Wing Commander Unni Krishnan.

The chopper has design issues which have been communicated by the pilots.
